Experience Everywhere '22 Website

Experience Everywhere is an exclusive industry event for end-user computing leaders. Every year, this project was a major undertaking for the design team, and we used collaborative efforts to produce the many required assets on time. For the 2022 edition, I had the opportunity to explore concepts for the branding and create the event interface.

The main objective of this website was to encourage high-quality registrations for our event.

Research and Ideation

The Creative Concept

The Experience Everywhere 2022 theme was 'Momentum: it's time to get in motion.' A common element across all our designs was a gradient line running along a thinner stroke, drawing the viewer's attention and subtly guiding their eye across the composition. We incorporated motion blur into our iconic shape, the circle, and used repetition in typography to convey a sense of continuous movement while also emphasizing specific words.

From Wireframes to Final Product

The Interface Design

Our main objective was to quickly launch the "Save the Date" website to boost registration. To achieve this, we opted for web components that were already functional, such as buttons and navigation from previous editions. On the homepage, it was the speakers listing and the registration form. We then integrated the new branding, resulting in a clean, straightforward website ready for the big reveal in under two weeks.

Afterward, we rolled out separate websites for each city, providing detailed information about the agenda, speakers, and venue. We repurposed some of these elements to develop a post-event platform where attendees could access on-demand content. Overall, the website effectively met its goals and played a key role in the success of Experience Everywhere 2022.
